Privacy and transparency
Cookie policy
This page explains how HOLO Print uses cookies and similar browser storage. Essential technologies keep the storefront, basket, checkout, customer accounts and security working. Optional technologies are disabled until you actively choose them. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information more generally.

Essential cookies
These are used only where needed to provide a service you request or to protect the website.
- Customer and staff authentication, session security and fraud prevention.
- Basket contents, checkout progress, payment safety and secure order access.
- Requested collection, local-delivery or shipping choices.
- Your cookie-consent decision, so we do not repeatedly ask on every page.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled through the preference manager because the requested service would not work reliably without them.
Preference cookies
These remember optional display and convenience choices that are not required to place an order.
They remain off unless you enable the “Preference cookies” category. Turning the category off removes known HOLO optional-preference storage from this browser.
Analytics cookies
When enabled and an analytics service is configured, these may help us understand page use, product interest, performance and technical errors.
Analytics storage is denied by default. Rejecting or withdrawing consent removes known first-party analytics cookies that the website can access and sends an updated consent signal to compatible analytics tools.
Marketing cookies
When enabled and a marketing service is configured, these may measure campaigns or help make advertising more relevant.
Marketing storage and advertising personalisation are denied by default. The storefront does not require marketing consent to browse, request a quote or place an order.
How choices are recorded
Your selection is stored in a first-party consent cookie and, where available, local browser storage. The record contains:
- The consent-policy version.
- Whether each optional category is enabled.
- The date and time the choice was saved.
The choice lasts for up to 180 days. We may ask again sooner if the purposes, providers or policy materially change.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Use the “Cookie settings” control at the bottom of the website or the button on this page. Rejecting non-essential cookies is available at the same level as accepting them.
You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account, basket or checkout features from working.
