Why choose HOLO Print
Exhibition printing for Olympia London exhibitors, including roller banners, posters, display boards, flyers and urgent event graphics with London delivery where available.
Start with the event date, the time the graphics are actually needed and the products required. Exhibition work often has several dependencies, so earlier artwork approval gives more room for finishing and delivery.
Different parts of a stand need different materials. Lightweight handouts, freestanding graphics and rigid display panels should each be specified for how they will be handled and displayed.
Olympia uses defined exhibitor loading and unloading routes. Before dispatch, confirm the exact event, hall or stand, delivery contact and any organiser instructions that apply to your show.
Collection & delivery
Order online and choose the collection or delivery option that works for your job. Available collection points are shown at checkout, while eligible London postcodes can use local delivery and wider UK orders can use courier delivery.
Frequently asked questions

Common event jobs include roller banners, posters, rigid display boards, flyers, brochures, menus, stickers and replacement graphics. The available turnaround depends on the exact product and specification.
Ask us as early as possible. Urgent replacement printing may be possible when the artwork is ready, suitable stock is available and there is enough production and delivery time before the item is needed.
Please provide the event name, stand or room where relevant, an on-site contact number and the required delivery window. Check any organiser or venue receiving instructions before dispatch.
